My name is Samuel Oliver-Palmquist, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, in the state of Oregon. During my time as a therapist I have had the privilege of working with families as they attempt to understand one another and thrive. Being a parent can be difficult and when your child has unique needs it can feel overwhelming and I am happy to help. I have specialized working with neurodivergent individuals and their families and value the power of "showing up" for others.
I also have training, and years of experience, in the realm of physical fitness and I am excited to offer services that incorporate both physical and mental health. Movement can be a powerful tool when processing various mental health struggles, and having the intentional guidance to express concerns and process emotion is a unique approach that I offer to my clients, when they request it.
